Several types of documents can now be processed online, so there is no need to leave the safety and comfort of your living room! These types of appointments involve a quick ZOOM meeting and electronically signed documents and you're done. This means appointments can be at any time of the day, any day of the week and even on the same day as you contact us!

How does it work?
1. First, book a 30 minute video appointment by clicking on the button below.

2. Have your government-issued photo identification ready (we will screen capture you holding your ID)

3.Don't sign anything until you are on the video call- we need to see you sign.

4.Have a scanner ready (or use a scanner phone app, or take a picture of your document).

4. At the time of your appointment, click on the link received by email to start the ZOOM call.

5. By video, we'll verify your identity and signature, watch you sign the document, and have you scan and send it to us.  Note: We will need to identify any third - parties in the room also, so it is preferable that there are not any.

6. Upon receiving your document, which will typically be very quick, we'll notarize it.

7. You'll receive your notarized document by email immediately. We'll send the original version in the mail on the same day.
